Yk direct connection type / G direct drive type high speed CNC gear hobbing machine. It is mainly developed for the production and processing of cylindrical spur gears, cylindrical helical gears, timing belt pulleys, sprockets, splines, worm gears, drum gears and other parts.

The machine has a horizontal/vertical layout and a novel design. The main idea of the product design is to take the actual needs of customers as the design goal and focus on improving product quality, improving production efficiency and reducing gear production costs. And for the majority of users for different product design supporting Automatic loading and unloading robots (horizontal models can be optional truss automatic loading and unloading device, vertical models can be optional single machine automation loading and unloading or joint robot truss loading and unloading device), to achieve unmanned or less humanized production, greatly improving production efficiency. 

1. The gear box [EGB] function is adopted, which cancels the complicated mechanical transmission chain of the traditional gear machine, greatly increases the transmission rigidity and precision, and avoids the complicated calculation of hanging wheels and exchange of hanging wheels and other work of the traditional gear machine.

2. The machine tool casting adopts solid double wall rib structure and finite element analysis to make the overall rigidity and bed accuracy stability of the machine tool reach the best state.

3. The unique way of guideway configuration makes the machine rigid and increases the rolling cutting force while avoiding the impact of guideway crawling on product quality.

4. In the wet rolling cutting, the machine adopts the overall heat conduction method, through the cooling oil circulation to take away the heat generated by high-speed rolling cutting, but also to make part of the heat evenly transferred to all parts of the machine to play the heat balance effect.

5. Adopt unique structure to eliminate the gap, improve the stability of product accuracy and smoothness of machine drive, also make the machine tool has good dynamic response characteristics.

6. For different materials of products, the machine tool can be used in two ways: wet rolling and dry rolling when using the corresponding tools and tooling.

7. After the addition of special options, the machine tool can realize the second tooling of hardened gears and the function of fine scraping after the heat, eliminating the grinding of hardened gears and thus greatly saving processing costs. 

8. The highest accuracy of machine tool processing can reach GB 6 grade. 

9. The friendly CNC man-machine interface makes the operation of the machine easy to learn, and the machine can be operated by simple training.
